Middle & Heavy Cut To Length Line

The middle & heavy cut to length lines are used for different sizes coils with different thickness to be slit into special strips as requirements. Products can be used for rolling, welded pipe, cold bending, stamping and other materials. It can process all kinds of hot rolled coil, silicon steel plate, stainless steel plate, color plate, aluminum plate and all kinds of metal plates after electroplating or coating.  Its function is to slit a wide coil to stated width strips coil along with the length direction which can be used for milling, welding pipe, cold bend forming, stamping as billet. At same time, changing different material blade can slit various metal coils.

Main Machines Of The Line

HR Coil Uncoiling-Leveling –Cut to Length Line
This series line is used for HR coil(0.5mm-28mm) with different specifications, through uncoiling-leveling-cut to length to flattened plate as needed length.
Composed of coil car, double support un-coiler, hydraulic pressing and guiding, shovel head, pre-leveler, finish leveler, cut to length machine, stacker, accompany electric control system, hydraulic system, etc. as well as pendulum middle plate, steering device.
1. Hydraulic coil-loading car:

To send coils from coil stock to uncoiler and load the coil onto uncoiling center.

2. Single-mandrel uncoiling:

Working style: axial expansion of mandrel by hydraulic cylinder driving wedge sliders.

3. 6hi Leveler with coil-head shoveler:

The leveler is 6high, 2pcs pinch rollers, 21pcs work leveling rollers, 23pcs middle rollers, 5rows x 2 support rollers. Pneumatic move upper pinch roller, motor & screw rod press-down upper leveling rollers.

4. Servo length-fixer:

The length fixer measures sheet length, feedback and control servo shear to cut sheet to length

5. Fly Shear:

As per length signal provided length measuring equipment, the rotary shear cut steel plate precisely to certain length. Cutting style is servo motor and transmission gears drive crane shaft and then upper blade and lower blade to cut.

6. Sheets conveying Belt:

Deliver steel sheets to stacker after fly shear. It is composed of steel structural frame, delivering belt, support rollers, sprockets and chains, and frequency control motor.

7. Stackers:

The sheets receiving arms receive each sheet and fall on lifting table underneath roll table, the lifting table automatically comes down with falling sheets to keep sheet height no change.

8. Output roll table:

Transport stacked sheets to finished sheets area for packing and lifting.

9. Hydraulic system, Pneumatic system:

Hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic station and hydraulic accessories like valves.

10. Electric Control System:

Automatic running of the whole line is by Siemens PLC control.
