HR/CR/Gl Slitting Line
The HR/CR/Gl slitting line’s function is to slit a wide coil to stated width strips coil along with the length direction which can be used for milling, welding pipe, cold bend forming, stamping as billet. At same time, changing different material blade can slit various metal coils. The slitting line is controlled by PLC programming, with the touch screen as the human-machine interface, automatic and manual interchangeable settings, with automatic start button, automatic stop button. After the manual threading of the steel coil slitting line is completed, the rest of the time the whole line can be in an automatic working state!

This HR/CR/Gl slitting line is composed of main components such as uncoiling, pinch primary straightening, slitting, tensioning, and winding. When the slitting machine is working, after the steel coil is installed on the uncoiler, the steel plate is pressed into the pinch and sent to the primary leveling machine. For the material distribution tension station, the strip steel coil is finally coiled by the winder, and then packed and transported out of the production line by the unloading trolley.

Main Machines Of The Slitting Line
This HR/CR/Gl slitting line is used to divide the different specifications of the coil along the length direction according to the need of different widths of the strip and wind up, the product can be used for rolling, welding pipe, cold forming, stamping and other materials.
It can process all kinds of hot rolled coil plate, silicon steel plate, stainless steel plate, color plate, aluminumplate and so on, At the same time, the replacement of different materials of the tool can be cut a variety of non-ferrous metal strip.

1. Coil preparing saddle coil loading car:
Put new coil on the saddle, coil car walk under the coil and lift it.

2. Double-cone shield-wheel uncoiler:
Structure and working style: double cones oppositely, each with huge flange disc.

3. Portal structure coil-end opening, shoveling & pressing equipment:
Portal steel structural assembly. Φ80mm guide pillar positioning, press plate 800×150mm.

4. Double-roller pinch feeder, five-roller leveler:
Form: Double-roller pinch, five-roller level

5. End-cutting equipment:
To cut off the redundant end of coil, here install one hydraulic shearing equipment for max.1700mm wide and 16mm thick strip.

6. Aligning equipment:
Structure: vertical rollers to restrict the progressing position of strip, while horizontal rollers to press strip.

7. Disc slitting machine:
Double spindles to install disc cutters

8. Scrap collector:
Driving style: each reel is driven by L180 torque motor and speed reducer.

9. Pre-separator, five-roller tensioner:
The separating shafts are easily discharged and installed

10. Recoiler and separator:
Structure: box base, bevel gear drive transmission, hydraulic drive slanting slider to make recoiling mandrel expand.

11. Re-coiler and Separator:
Gear drive by gearbox, expansion and clamping of re-coiler is driven by hydraulic cylinder through slanting slider.

12. Electric Control System:
Automatic running of the whole line is by Siemens PLC control.
